PAMPASKONING charges shipping costs on every order. The prices of our products are reduced so the product is not based on free shipping. This makes orders of more products cheaper then before. Our products have the best price & quality guarantee.
For custom packages in The Netherlands shipping costs are € 7,50 and for Large packages the shipping costs are € 10,00.
For orders Within Europe shippings cost are € 8,00 for custom packages and € 14,00 for Large packages.

RETURNS
Pampas Koning mainly sells natural products and vases and some of our feathers and services are custom made. Nevertheless, it is almost always possible to return our products. This does not apply to the feathers that belong to customization, such as special wishes, our own color service, etc. Sale items can't be returned, but it's possible to get a voucher so you can choose something else. This is not included for a promotion code, but only for our sale items.
What are the costs for the return?
There are no costs involved for returning our products. However, both of the shipping costs are for the buyer, if we have received the products properly, the purchase amount will be returned.
