The palm, caught in motion. A smooth stem rises, bends, and releases a plume of fine strands, each one twisted by the drying, all of them leaning the same way, as if bent by wind.
We didn't imitate the plant. We kept it. Dried slowly, left in its own gold and rust, every strand curled a little differently from the next. No two spears match.
One in a tall vase, as a single, sculptural gesture. Or several, leaning together, as a soft wall of texture.
