These Terms of Service govern all quotations, assignments, rentals, collaborations, and deliveries provided by Pampaskoning, established in Groningen, the Netherlands. We invite you to read them carefully before engaging our services.

01General

1.1These Terms of Service apply to all quotations, assignments, rentals, collaborations, and deliveries by Pampaskoning, established in Groningen, the Netherlands.

1.2By accepting a quotation, invoice, or collaboration agreement, the client confirms acceptance of these terms.

1.3Any deviation from these terms is valid only if confirmed in writing by Pampaskoning.

02Quotations & Payments

2.1Quotations are valid for fourteen (14) days unless otherwise stated.

2.2Upon acceptance of a quotation, a deposit of 50% is due. Pampaskoning will commence work only after this deposit has been received.

2.3For bespoke (custom) work, the following payment schedule applies:

50% upon acceptance of the quotation

50% prior to delivery

2.4When materials or a venue are rented, a security deposit may be required.

2.5The remaining balance must be paid no later than seven (7) days before the event. In the event of late payment, Pampaskoning reserves the right to withhold delivery.

03Cancellation

3.1If an assignment is cancelled, the following charges apply:

More than two (2) weeks before the event: 50% of the total amount

Within one (1) week before the event: 80% of the total amount

Less than one (1) week before the event, including the day before and the day of the event: 100% of the total amount

3.2These cancellation terms apply equally to bespoke work and collaborations.

3.3The amounts retained cover both costs incurred and loss of income.

04Set-Up & Venue Requirements

4.1Pampaskoning requires sufficient time to install all decoration.

4.2The venue must be accessible at the agreed time. If access is delayed, Pampaskoning cannot guarantee that the decoration will be ready before guests arrive or before the event begins.

4.3The space must be entirely free of furniture and other obstructions.

4.4A working power outlet must be available within five (5) metres of the decoration.

4.5If our team is required to wait longer than thirty (30) minutes for access, additional charges will apply.

05Client Responsibilities

5.1The client is responsible for obtaining any permits or permissions required by the venue or local authorities.

5.2Pampaskoning is not liable for fines or cancellations resulting from missing documentation or miscommunication with third parties.

5.3The client is responsible for the safety and supervision of any rented items while in their possession.

06Damage & Security Deposit

6.1Damage to rented items will be deducted from the security deposit.

6.2If the cost of damage exceeds the deposit, the remaining balance will be invoiced separately.

6.3Loss or theft of materials will result in an invoice for the full replacement value.

07Collaborations & Barter Agreements

7.1For any collaboration without monetary compensation, all agreements must be recorded in writing in advance.

7.2If the other party fails to honour the agreement, Pampaskoning reserves the right to issue an invoice for the full value of the services rendered.

7.3Verbal commitments are not binding.

08Delivery & Transport

8.1Delivery and collection of materials take place at times agreed in advance.

8.2If the venue is inaccessible, or if waiting time exceeds thirty (30) minutes, additional charges will apply.

8.3Transport costs are communicated in advance.

09Use & Return of Materials

9.1All rented materials must be returned clean and in their original condition.

9.2If additional cleaning is required, the cost will be passed on to the client.

9.3Use of rented materials is at the client’s own risk.

10Photography & Video

10.1Pampaskoning reserves the right to use photographs and video recordings of decorations and installations for promotional purposes, unless the client has objected to this in writing in advance.

11Force Majeure

11.1In the event of force majeure, Pampaskoning reserves the right to suspend or cancel the agreement without liability for damages.

11.2In all such cases, Pampaskoning will work with the client to arrive at a reasonable solution.

12Liability

12.1Pampaskoning is not liable for consequential damages or for damages caused by third parties.

12.2The client remains responsible for the proper use of all materials supplied.

13Governing Law

13.1These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

13.2Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of Groningen.
