At Pampaskoning, every product is handled with care and every event is planned with precision. Our policy reflects that commitment — clear, fair, and designed to protect both you and the integrity of what we create.

Webshop Products

Your Right to Return

You have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to notify us of a return — no explanation required. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Return Conditions

Condition — Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping — Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchanges — We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. Contact us to arrange.

Exclusions

Custom-made and personalised products — including bespoke bouquets, custom arrangements, and any product modified to your specific request — are excluded from the right of return by nature of their creation. These pieces are made for you, and only you.

Events & Styling Services

Our styling events involve reserved dates, pre-purchased materials, and detailed logistical planning. The following conditions apply from the moment a booking is confirmed.

Reservation & Payment

Deposit — A styling event is officially confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total invoice amount.
Final Payment — The remaining balance is due in full no later than 7 days before the event date.

Cancellation Charges

Should you need to cancel a confirmed event, the following charges apply based on when the written cancellation is received:

Cancellation Timing Charge
More than 14 days before the event 50% of total invoice
14 days or fewer before the event 100% of total invoice

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@pampaskoning.com. The date the email is received determines which cancellation tier applies.

Refunds

Webshop Returns — Once a returned product is received and approved, the purchase amount is refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Defective Products — If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund without delay.
Event Cancellations — Where a partial refund applies following an event cancellation, it will be processed within 14 days of written cancellation confirmation.
